Useful Item Of The Week. Week 1

Ok so i am kicking of a series on my blog of useful items that you probably wouldn't think about using but have many uses! 

This week i am doing Drum roll please..... 

Ok so baby powder everyone has it but besides the fact on using it for baby's what else can you use it for? 

1. Second day hair sometimes can get a little flat and oily for some. So all you have to do is take a quarter size amount (maybe even smaller) and rub it in your hands until it looks ALMOST completely gone. Then you rub it underneath you hair and in your roots. It is the perfect homemade dry shampoo.

2. Use it as a skin softener! Ever hear the   term "Soft as a baby's bottom"? Well this probably has something to do with it! Once its on the skin its just a perfect skin smoothing easy trick that i would recommend  for anybody.

3. The last and final trick is in between putting on your mascara put some of this on a q-tip and voila! You lashes look 10x more lengthy!

Eyeliner Swatches & Comparison

Hey guys! So today im going to be doing 3 eyeliner comparisons and swatches using the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil , Nyx Auto eye pencil, and the Maybelline Expert Wear 

All of the eyeliners are in the color black.

So pictured above is the swatches on my hand of the 3 eyeliners.

Far left is the Nyx eyeliner

Middle is the Maybelline Expert Wear

And on the Right is the Urban decay 24/7 eyeliner

So as you can tell from the picture the Urban decay eyeliner is so much more darker than the other two. But the creamy consistency is almost the exact

same as the Maybelline one. The maybelline and Urban Decay are very similar in consistency compared to the nyx. The nyx has more of a rough pencil type consistency. 

Now here pictured is all three of them smudged on my hand. The maybelline after just one smudge is almost completely faded. Now the nyx and urban decay have more staying power although the nyx pencil is not ment to be a smudged eyeliner. 

So my final review on this is that my favorite is the Urban Decay. The creamy texture won me over. This pencil is perfect for a smudged eyeliner look.Definitely worth the price
